Articulated mine dump truck is a special structure of the tractor and semi-trailer through the intermediate transmission
system, steering system connected with auxiliary devices, it can realize the whole vehicle all-wheel drive and steering
special train chassis, equipped with various utility jackets,It is suitable for all kinds of special vehicles under harsh working
conditions.The whole vehicle can be divided into four major parts: the main part of the deputy part of the steering moving
system part mount part. The core technology mainly includes auxiliary vehicle driving system, auxiliary vehicle steering
system, flat push material unloading cargo system.
Feature 1: multi-wheel drive
The power of the vehicle is transferred to each bridge of the auxiliary vehicle through the gearbox after torque
is added, and all the drive axle will be adjusted according to the axle load during normal driving overall torque
distribution, when the shaft is locked, the vehicle driving force will be distributed according to 1:1:1, make full
use of the ground adhesion, improve the vehicle passing performance.
Feature 2: multi-wheel steering
Lord between car and car through the frame to A word, transmission mechanism and steering feedback link,
corners, deputy car whole will turn around the rotary bearing at the bottom of the box, follow-up to realize vice
truck, deputy car wheel will follow the car wheel track, compared with the multi-axle vehicle, reduce pair of truck
wheel lateral sliding, improve the stability of the vehicle, prolong the service life of tires.At the same time, the
steering system is equipped with regenerative hydraulic steering device to ensure that the vehicle is stable and
smooth when turning under heavy load and relatively high speed.
Feature 3: the unique structure of the long head cab
The cab is composed of three parts: the cab body, the hood and the bumper. The hood is made of fiberglass
steel with simple processing technology, light weight and good rigidity. When the whole car is flipped over,
it is equipped with air spring assistance, which can be easily flipped forward, and the left and right bumpers
can be flipped to the outside, which is convenient for maintenance personnel.The cab body is made of
skeleton covered with skin.
Feature 4: quick horizontal discharge system for materials
Unloading device is through the gearbox to take the force, drive the hydraulic pump to work, power through
the hydraulic motor and reducer drum rotation, drive the conveyor belt and the front box plate unloading,
unloading does not need to turn the box.Suitable for drawing coal and earth.
