1. The main part
Mixing host: One JS500 type double-shaft forced mixer is adopted. Equipped with a separate metering system for water and cement, with a discharge height of 4.1m, a heavy-duty frame at the bottom and a supporting platform, the machine has compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, uniform mixing, convenient operation, low noise, low pollution, and short cycle time

3. Feeding system
The feeding system consists of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, and a feeding nozzle.
The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer. The wire rope pulls the hopper through the pulley to climb up along the rail of the loading rack. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper enter the horizontal rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door opens automatically. The material is put into the mixing drum through the feed nozzle. To ensure that the hopper is accurately in place, a limit switch is installed on the loading rack. There are two limit switches for the upper limit, which respectively play a limit and safety protection role for the hopper to rise. The lower limit has only one limit switch. When the hopper descends to the bottom of the pit, the wire rope is slightly loosened, the spring lever mechanism makes the lower limit move, and the hoisting mechanism stops automatically. The lower limit and spring lever mechanism are installed on the top of the upper rail. on
The upper part of the material rack can be folded. Connect with bolts and fold it during transportation to reduce the transportation height.
The brake motor can ensure that the hopper can stop at any position when it is running at full load. The braking torque is adjusted by the large nut on the back seat of the motor.
