Function: adjust the axial clearance of the connecting rod to prevent the direct wear of the connecting rod and crankshaft.
Common faults: analysis of common faults on the joist shaft
(1) poor manufacturing quality of crankshaft. The surface roughness of shaft neck is poor, the accuracy of cylinder is low, the surface coordination between shaft neck and bearing bush is poor, the contact surface is too small, it is difficult to form oil film, resulting in dry friction.
(2) the manufacturing quality of the axle bush is poor, the material is poor, the material is loose and the roughness is too poor, and the effective lubricating oil film cannot be formed between the axle bush and the axle bush.
(3) the bearing cover is deformed, and there is a gap on the back of the bearing bush. The alloy and the bearing bush cannot be fully bonded together and loose and fall off, blocking the oil passage and causing dry friction due to oil supply interruption.
(4) improper installation of axle bush and improper clearance adjustment
(5) too small torque of fastening bolts or loose failure of bolts caused by loose bearing tiles, resulting in the change of shaft and bearing bush clearance
